Keynote talks on Crisis Management and Leadership

I am the founder of doocleaf, a Crisis Management, Leadership Development and Support practice offering organisations leading edge knowledge and experience.

For 15 years docleaf have helped businesses manage the most intense of crises. Be it mass fatalities, product failures or negative media attention, I have worked alongside my clients in helping them navigate these storms.

Crises by their very nature challenge the most resilient of individuals. A range of demands have to be managed including leadership issues, communications, managing stakeholders through to operational control.

I am a medical doctor by training and practiced for 8 years in the NHS. (click here for my LinkedIn profile). My ethos and values are at the heart of everything I do. I have a unique background in medicine,15 years of running a crisis management consultancy and am training to be a psychotherapist. This is why I am so extraordinarily placed in understanding what makes people function effectively.

I regularly speak around the world on these issues and am frequently asked for expert opinion by the media. My talks are designed to entertain, and at the same time inspire a change of behaviour in the audience in the way they think and behave..
